Our Facilities

Central Mini Warehouses is located at 4051 N. Pace Blvd, about 1 mile below Car City and 1/2 mile north of Town & Country Plaza. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Security Plus Mini Storage, located at 7501 Hwy 98 West, offers regular dry storage as well as secure RV and boat storage. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Our Services

At Central Mini Warehouses, we offer both standard dry storage and climate control storage, giving you the flexibility to choose the perfect solution for your storage needs. Our outside storage options include field storage and gated storage with lockable gates.

Security Plus Mini Storage offers regular dry storage, RV storage, and boat storage. Our RV and boat storage spaces are individually fenced with lockable gates, providing an added layer of security for your vehicles.

• 5' x 10' - $65.00/month (climate control: $75.00/month)
• 10' x 10' - $85.00/month (climate control: $118.00/month)
• 10' x 15' - $95.00/month (climate control: $139.00/month)
• 10' x 20' - $118.00/month (climate control: $175.00/month)
• 10' x 30' - $180.00/month (climate control: $255.00/month)
• 10' x 40' - $190.00/month (climate control: n/a)
• Outside Storage (Field) - $50.00/month
• Outside Storage (Gated) - $57.00/month

At Security Plus Mini Storage, our rates are as follows:

• 5' x 5' - $50.00/month (10% off for military and seniors)
• 10' x 10' - $65.00/month (10% off for military and seniors)
• 10' x 15' - $85.00/month (10% off for military and seniors)
