Our Services
Our storage facility is located at 2648 15th Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119, and is open 360 days a year. We offer a wide range of unit sizes to cater to our customers' diverse storage needs. With over 40 different unit sizes, including several in-between sizes, we have the perfect solution for you. Whether you need to store a small amount of items or a large quantity, we have a unit that suits your needs.
What Sets Us Apart
As a family-owned and operated business, we understand the importance of providing personalized service to our customers. Unlike our competitors, we have no set-up fees, no reservation fees, and no deposits required. We also offer optional insurance, allowing you to choose the level of protection that suits your needs. Moreover, we do not require you to purchase a specialized lock from us, and our prices quoted are the total price you pay, excluding the cost of a padlock, which can be purchased from us for $5 or brought from another provider.
Our Facility
Our facility is easily accessible, with convenient parking lot access on the 1st floor and elevator access on the 2nd and 3rd floors. We have a variety of unit sizes available, including small units that are ideal for small spaces or short-term storage needs.
Convenience and Flexibility
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and your storage needs may change. That's why we offer flexible rental options, allowing you to reserve a unit for up to one week at no charge. We also prorate back your rent for unused days when you move out, ensuring that you only pay for the time you use our facilities.
Online Account Management
We have partnered with U-Haul to provide our customers with a convenient online account management system. Through this system, you can set up an online account, pay monthly rent, and access other features offered by U-Haul. To set up your account or login if you already have one, simply click the "Continue to My Account" button and follow the set-up prompts on the U-Haul website.
Hours of Operation
Our facility is open Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are also closed on the following holidays: July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. On Christmas Eve, our closing time is 2:00 pm.
