Our journey began in the early 1970s when our father, Bill Regali, opened the doors of American Structures General, Inc. (ASG), a general contracting company specializing in steel commercial buildings. As teenagers, we would help out with odd jobs during the summer months, learning the value of hard work and the importance of giving 100% to every task. We saw firsthand the benefits that a self-storage business brings to communities, families, individuals, and businesses, which led us to decide to construct and manage mini-warehouses within our own community.
