He started his career as an Area Manager for National Self Storage Management, Inc, where he oversaw twenty-two facilities in five states. Over the years, he was promoted to Regional Vice-President, Executive Vice-President of Operations and Consulting, and eventually became the Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Kelly has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the operations and profit/loss of storage facilities, including the supervision of regional managers, directors, and field personnel.

In 2004, Mr. Kelly formed Sierra Self Storage Consulting, LLC, as a way to help new and existing investors maximize their return on investment through both consulting and management services. Our team has honed our expertise over the years, and we continue to stay updated on the latest advances in the industry by regularly attending self-storage trade shows.
