  • Sharyl Hobbs was charged multiple times for the same payment and was given incorrect information by Assistant Manager Evan. The company failed to resolve the issue and has not returned her calls.
  • Chef Frederick James Skaggs was told that an elevator would be available, but it was out of order when he arrived. The clerk refused to offer a refund or assistance.
