Positive Experience
Dumbo Moving Company received a 5-star review from Author Grace, who had a positive experience with the company. She mentioned that the prices were affordable, and the movers were professional, efficient, and considerate of her belongings and time. Negative Experiences
On the other hand, three reviewers had negative experiences with Dumbo Moving Company. Thomas Ferrugia, who had a 1-star review, felt scammed by the company's flat-rate quote being much higher than expected. He claimed that the movers under-counted his furniture and boxes and tried to charge him a much higher amount. He eventually had to haggle with the owner to get a reduced price.
Fathema Akhter, also with a 1-star review, reported that her table was broken, her computer desk was damaged, and some of her belongings were misplaced or lost. She believed that the company was trying to scam her by charging her more than the original quote.
Ruslana Sokolovskaya had a 1-star review as well. Her mother-in-law had a nightmare experience with Dumbo Moving Company, which included movers bullying and harassing her for tips, charging her more than the original quote, and refusing to unload her possessions unless she paid the extra amount.
