Local Moving Services

At Vermont Moving & Storage, we are a full-service moving company that tailors to your individual needs. We offer a range of local moving services, including packing and unpacking, moving, crating, antique and piano relocation, in-home re-arrangement, and cleaning services. Our local moves are priced on an hourly basis depending on the number of men, with a two-hour minimum charge for all local moving jobs. Our hourly rate includes labor, truck, transportation, mileage, equipment, shrink wrap and quilt pads, while packing materials such as boxes are charged separately.

We guarantee that our team will arrive on time, with a crew manager or owner present on every move. Our employees are held to the highest level of customer service, and are skilled, knowledgeable, and dependable. We protect your floors with runners, and your furniture is shrink-wrapped and/or quilt pad-wrapped for added safety. We also disassemble and reassemble beds and other items for your convenience.

Long distance moving requires a better understanding of the rights and responsibilities regarding your interstate mover. At Vermont Moving & Storage, we are registered with the Department of Transportation and participate in Dispute Settlement Program. We provide a tariff for your convenience, and our team is dedicated to handling your move from start to finish in a professional manner.
